MENTORS OF THE RESERVE

Mentors of the Reserve have developed a mentoring project based on volunteering, in partnership with the Finnish Defence Forces and various reservist organisations.

The purpose of mentors is to help you find your passion, and to provide you with tools to advance your career. Mentors want to help you start studying or working faster without unwanted gap years.

If you’re wondering what you should do in the future, or you want affirmation or support for choices already made, mentoring is just for you. Mentors are prepared to have one-to-one meetings with you. You will have individual guidance in your developmental path from experienced professionals.

You may be mentored regardless of your educational or professional background, both during your service and after moving onto the reserves. Mentoring is free of charge. Leave a contact request, and we will direct you to an appropriate mentor. Mentors are ready for you!
